The Sister Nurse Emma was very reassuring when I went to the diabetes clinic. Her smile and warm attitude as she welcomed me put me at ease immediately and it isn't often nowadays that you see a health care professional who takes as much time out for someone as Emma did. She and her nursing team who I have quite a few appointments with lately are wonderful.

We have always felt that we have had excellent care from this practice , with whom we have been registered for many years . We have particular cause to be grateful for the prompt action of one of the doctors some six years ago , who recognised the symptoms of what turned out to be bladder cancer , and more recently to Doctor Da Costa , who similarly identified a major problem with my wife's stoma . Again , her prompt action averted a more serious situation . Thanks also to the receptionist that morning , who was able to give us an almost immediate appointment . Subsequently , the nurses in the treatment rooms have been caring and sympathetic in removing stitching clips , and changing dressings ,

I am quite a special case and my needs are simply a bit more complex than others, I feel there are far too many patients than the clinic can deal with, Sometimes I feel like I am knocking my head against a brick wall and others that the staff have done their best , my advice would be speak up for yourself and then you will be listened to
